So we have a price that’s the lowest or darn close to it, but the front-line staff have the ability to set their own pricing, if need be, at the point of sale. They’re actually running their own business - when they sign in they own the inventory for the day.”
“Customers want more service from us, not less. This is something we’ve been doing since the beginning, but not everyone knew that we want to come to a customer’s home or office and bring the showroom to them,” said Dane Scism , “We’re anticipating that this service could change the way people buy cell phones.”

But what if the customer doesn’t know which cell phone or other communications device they want? No problem, according to Dane Scism.

“Our local mobile experts will take phones and other devices to a customer who wants to a choice, and they’ll teach customers how to operate all the functions on the device they select”.

Dane Scism also said the mobile expert will transfer contact information from the customer’s old phone to the new one, as well as assist with complicated functions like syncing their home and office emails with their new device.
